Preseason Bootcamp

 

Location:  Dedham Country Day School

Who:  Girls 3rd-8th Grade - Limited spots in 6th-8th grade session.

(Session for 3-5th grade is sold out.)

Dates & Times: 

• 9/12: (3rd-5th: 5-6:30, 6th-8th: 6:30-8)

• 9/13: (3rd-5th: 9-10:30, 6th-8th: 10:30-12)

• 9/14: (3rd-5th: 4-5:30, 6th-8th: 5:30-7)

Cost:  $95

 

This clinic is designed to gear up for tryouts with 3 high-intensity workouts focused on fundamentals, conditioning, and live play. 

Players signing up for this program should be serious about working hard and improving.  The expectation is that all players will be focused and committed to becoming a better player.  This clinic is a great opportunity for young athletes to push themselves to develop their work ethic and understanding of the game.
